I am currently in Johannesburg presenting wine tastings all over the place. I am seeing more than 200 people over the next ten days. Last night I presented the first in Linksfield Johannesburg.
You will not believe it. These guys are making wine here in Joburg. They have a fully equipped winery at their house. This year they made their second vintage: a Cabernet Sauvignon with grapes from Stellenbosch. They also make Grappa, Camenbert cheese and parma ham. Fascinating!
