Can you believe it. This wild fermentation Chenin is still fermenting. It’s from a 48 year old block of Chenin blanc on the slopes of the Groenberg. Now that’s what you call slow fermentation. Same concept as with the Amstel guys. Good things comes to those who wait.
Due to the many small batches of wines we make, availability changes on a daily basis.
