What a fantastic day of tasting. Albert and myself assessing all the components from the 2011 vintage for the WHITE BLACK and BLACK. Only 2 wines, but a total of 13 different vineyards. CRAZY!!!
The result: very different year but I am convinced that the white is going to be a show stopper… Let’s see, early days.
Due to the many small batches of wines we make, availability changes on a daily basis.
