My plan was to release this wine in spring. Now spring came along and I only have 2 cases left. Sorry for this but it’s just the way it sometimes go. Next year I will make more, I actually already have made more in the 2014 harvest but it is still in barrel. Anyhow, it is a very nice (hence the quick sold out position) salmon pink wine made from Grenache and a little bit of Cinsaut. Fermented in old red wine barrels and aged for a year on the lees. I bottled it in a see through Cap Classique bottle. An elegant yet weighty wine. Enjoy, that is now if you got your hands on some.
