Pieter Walser specialises in small parcels of unusual wines, such as this varietal Cinsault from Breedekloof. It’s an effortlessly elegant, aromatic red with bright cherry and raspberry fruit, crunchy acidity, subtle oak and a long, stylish finish. Let’s hope more people plant Cinsault in the Cape.
