Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please contact us at operations@blankbottle.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

General Returns

To be eligible for a return, the wine must be unopened and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Corked or Spoiled Wine

If you believe a bottle is corked or spoiled, please notify us as soon as possible at operations@blankbottle.co.za. We may require the remaining wine in the bottle for assessment. If the wine is confirmed to be faulty, we will replace the bottle or issue a refund. Faulty wine claims must be made within a reasonable time after opening.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
