What I've got 2012

A blend made up of all the white wine components I produced in 2012; 10 different parcels. A wine that represents the 2012 harvest as a whole. This is what I've got...

The Story:

In January 2013 I had a look at all the white components I had produced for the 2012 harvest. They had all spent one year in barrel at that stage. So, taking time, and with much patience, (and tasting) I made up a blend of what I had and called it "What I've got" - A blend of Elgin Riesling, Sauvignon blanc, Semillon, Swartland Roussanne, Clairette blanche, Chenin blanc, Voor Paardeberg Viognier and Wellington Chenin, Chardonnay and Viognier. A worthy representation of the 2012 harvest.
